Everyone at Battery plays a vital role in bringing life to our creative ideas and that’s where you come in. As an integrated producer, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the production process, from start to finish.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise production and creative teams to meet all deadlines
Oversee, lead execution and source vendors for all production, including (but not limited to) film, digital (video and banner/PDM), website, and print
Coordinate and lead meetings with senior clients and internal teams, serving as a liaison
Collaborate with producers and lead the creation of project schedules, budgets, and plans
Provide quality control over concepts and projects
Target, foster, and maintain good relationships with potential clients in order to develop new business
Maintain and foster relationships with production and post-production vendors
Plan and forecast long- and short-term staffing needs and resources
Take long-term view towards relationships with clients, expanding the company’s creative abilities, and strengthening the company as a whole
Light accounting: generating invoices and purchase orders as well as assisting the CFO with job reports and in-program client management
Skills & Requirements:
3+ years in a production role at an agency or production company
Technical knowledge of production
BA/BS or equivalent
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience with the following software/systems: Microsoft Office, MAC/Apple, Google Sheets and Docs, and Adobe Creative Suite.
